Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
- إعادة المنتج مع التغليف الأصلي.
- إرفاق ما يثبت عملية الشراء.
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
- المنتجات المخفضة أو النهائية.
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع إلا في حال وصول المنتج تالف أو مختلف عن الطلب.
بعد استلام وفحص المنتج، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
